Brandi Ring-Cooper graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Communication. Brandi has been selling real estate in Bryan/College Station for more than 9 years and immediately positioned herself as one of the top Realtors within the B/CS community.  Community involvement is important to Brandi as she is a member of ABWA, Habitat for Humanity and Leadership Brazos Alumni Association.  She also is an active member in the Brazos Valley Association of Realtors and the B/CS Homebuilders Association.  In 2011, Brandi became the VP of Brokerage Services for Caldwell Companies. Betty Conlee Richter is a life time resident of Bryan/College Station. Tedi Rockett attended Baylor University, majoring in Political Science.  She was in the title industry for over 10 years, serving as an escrow officer and branch manager.  Tedi lives in Caldwell, Texas and has been involved in various community and church organizations and is a member of the Pi Beta Phi Alumni Association.  Since Tedi joined Caldwell Companies in 2010 she has been working on obtaining her Real Estate license to enhance her abilities to assist our clients.
